I left open a tab on my chrome browser of my inventory. I closed my laptop and went out. Whenever I got home, I opened my laptop and refreshed my inventory page. When it refreshed, my Blue Jay Birdfeed and The Frozen Forest were both gone, but the Festive Hat Beanbag was still there. I searched for both of the missing items using Account Search, but they were not found.

I don't understand what happened?

Exact same here. I was so worried for a moment, but at least if it's not just me they'll definitely look into it!

Just got a reply to my ticket and they think it might be a glitch but it's being looked into. I've seen users wearing the bird feed item so it looks like it might be random.

I have not received my items at all... I would go to the page and it says they are in your inventory but well as I said they are not there....

I had all three items last night and they were sitting in my inventory for hours. Then I went to sleep and when I woke up the book was gone and now, an hour later the Blue Jay Birdfeed has disappeared. I just called a friend and his Birdfeed is gone from his account as well.

I'm glad I'm not the only one because I'm tired of filing tickets for all the glitches lately.

I hope they fix this!!

Just got a reply stating that it was definitely a glitch that affected some users. I've now been given my missing items.

I would suggest making a ticket, if you haven't already done so.

I hope they fix that bug, my Blue Jay Birdfeed and The Frozen Forest are disappeared.

I, too, am missing both of those items. For a minute I was very confused since I knew I hadn't missed a day (evidenced by the beanbag & achievement counter) but I was missing two items! ^_^;

Both of those items went missing for me too! I never would have noticed if I didn't just get the Blue Jay Birdfeed from the free shop and it went into my wardrobe... I was like hunh? didn't I have that already, did a search and apparently it disappeared!!
