Mandate is almost tier 6 with 46 AP, Ive got : Morosbane x2, Divine Denizhen,Cobalt Eternal equipped. Ive made Terra Focujin, stashed another Cobalt Eternal in my vault. Im at the stage where books are costing over 100k each mostly, so im trying to be a bit picky about which scrolls to use. can anyone give a little advice as to which to choose at the moment while I do more reading? thanks for any help. Also any recommendations for millionaire centre weapons for tier 6? I got both the wands of doom now, but not combining them yet as I'm a long way from tier 7 to use them.

the Reborn Icewand of Doom is a tier 6 weapon :)

as for scrolls, you could test them out to see which combination works best for most of the opponents that you can beat for now

you could try terra + morosbane x2 + cobalt OR terra + morosbane x1 + some cobalts OR dd + morosbane x1 or x2 + cobalts

remember scrolls can be switched around as many times as you'd like! also the scrolls used can depend on the opponent too

I've found the lucent barrier scroll handy. Even at level 10, I still use it - sort of like a healer or protector. (Books cost me 6 mill each!)
