I saw that the gifts from the trees were released and I got 400+ gifts from last year! ...can I keep them? What do I do? Happen to anyone else? I don't want to get in trouble!

You should delete them, per this message from when the site was down!

When I go to my Christmas tree, I see three gifts underneath - The Perfect tree, a beanbag and a silver potion. Since the silver potion is new, I know these must be this year's. When I click on my inventory, the items aren't there. I also tried clicking on "search my account" and didn't find them anywhere. What do I need to do to get them?

I'm scared to death that i'll forget to delete something :'(

[edit] I thought: hey lets sort by timeline then it will show me the newest things added to my invent, right? NOPE

Only 15 or so tree items showed up. Then I sorted alphabetic so I could see what would be added into my shop if i would use quick stock. But Quick stock and sort alphabetic show different things.

This :( Mostly things that stack like amulets or tokens or SQB invites D:.

THANKFULLY my friend mentioned the alert to me via Skype. This should have been announced. This shouldn't have been hidden like this... and the alert isn't sent to people until they go to the trees page again (aka I haven't gotten mine yet). THANKFULLY I didn't do anything with the items from last year as they were mostly boosters that I would have just used immediately. Thankfully my friend warned me so I was able to just delete everything from last year without having to SORT THROUGH THE OLD AND NEW ITEMS.

Seriously. WTF is that bullshit?

I wish this was announced as well. I missed the down message and hadn't even realized until it was pointed out to me. Also, I had a lot of stuff in my inventory beforehand so it'll definitely be a pain to weed out items to delete.

I feel like the reason we can't keep stuff (like we could last year) is because of CWs being duplicated =/. It would have been easier to just tell us to delete all CWs rather than like 300 items mixed up UGH WHY.

I didn't get one, even after I went to the tree a second time after deleting the duplicates. This really should have just been put in the new new news post in addition to the event, etc.

Yea, I just now got 4 events about it. LOL While I agree that events are a great way to reach out to people, it wouldn't have hurt to put it in the news post, too. That way maybe people didn't wind up with their inventory mixed with 2013 and 2014 items. I thankfully was able to just delete everything in quickstock, but a couple of my friends were not so lucky.

But my main point is that had I not been chatting with a friend that DID get the alert, I actually would not have known there was an issue and probably would have used the boosters I got long before I got those alerts.

I got items from last year and the new Melody gifts for this year. I deleted all the old duplicated stuff, and the Melody items. I am still being sent notices to delete things, but I have already deleted all the stuff. Am I going to be pinged with these notices all day?

What if we used an item from last year? For example I got a mage amulet, used it, and got a shard. Should I just delete the shard?

I deleted all items from last year, took a while but they weren't many anyway, I feel bad for people who got hundreds of gifts :/

I deleted everything, the book, the potion and the beanbag along with the other presents. When I go back there is nothing there. Was I stupid to do that??
