Hello, I got a christmas background and it doesn't show the human avatar.I left the background on so you can see what i'm talking about Thank you.

@st3phanie It's just one of those new backgrounds without the HA cutout. You need to use the beta wardrobe and drag your base layer above the background.

I dont understand, the base button at the top is blank, and I dont see how to drag my base layer above the background .

@st3phanie You just click on the line that says Base and drag it above the background, like you would drag any other layer. But it only works in the beta wardrobe

@st3phanie Are you using the beta wardrobe? You must use the beta wardrobe to use the HA-less backgrounds if you want the HA to show up.

Finally I worked it out, but I was looking at the BASE link at the top on the heading next Hair Salon.

OK for other people that is confused like I was.

In the box where you add clothes , there is two boxes,named Base and Hair. mine was at the bottom of the list,once I added cloths, so it wasn't easy to see.i'm using Firefox browser.once you add your background without the cutout, you then drag the Base box upto the top of your list, and it brings your HA above the background.Ta Da!!just like magic. Hope this helps the confused people like me who doesn't have a clue about computors,and html or layers etc LOL...

You need to add your background, then the base before you add clothes.

@st3phanie You can move everything around in the beta wardrobe, there's no need to put them on in a certain order. XD Sometimes, it just feels like layers "stick" or are hard to grab on.
