Hello, sorry if this is the wrong forum but I assume it's a bug I'm experiencing hence thought this appropriate; do let me know if I should post this elsewhere ^^;

I recently came back to Subeta after years away to find 2 of my pets had had their names changed due to my inactivity (other users had taken their original names), and there was a tab in my events that said I had a free name-change for them due to this.

However when I clicked on the tab nothing happened and there was no text box for me to type new names or anything; it just took me to my pets page :S

I'd really like somehow to tell me how I can redeem my free name-changes, or if this is bug at work who I can report it to to get fixed.

I liked their old names and didn't even know they could be taken away like this, plus I simply hate having numbers in their names (Lumino became Lumino_391...), so I'm a little down about this :(

On the pets page, you have to go down to the pet menu on that specific pet, and go to "change pet name" on the drop down menu c:
