Major Drills not awarding Avalance Emporium buys

It's probably related to the fact that it's not restocking normally, but:

Restock something from Avalanche Emporium (0/1)

I bought both 1 snowball, and 25 snowballs, and it doesn't award me the fact that I bought there.

I'm still having to quit quests over the fact that this isn't working.

Radiation is finished! Sorry if I get confused sometimes, I just had brain surgery!
