Not sure if it's been 'turned off" for this event or something, but I thought to post about it just in case?

I've had the shield on since the event started and snowballs are still showing up on my HA. :U As of right now, the shield is layered under my base in the new wardrobe.

I was wondering what was up, since sometimes when I throw snowballs for the event I get the text that it "bounced off" or something...so is it working for other people? (Or does it bounce off and hit you right back?)

Google Chrome on Windows 7.

It's not a 100% chance of blocking. Since so many snowballs are being thrown because of the event, some are bound to make it through.
