Recent Posts not working

is INCONCEIVABLE

When I try to click on the Recent Posts section (for myself or anyone else) I get this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /www/subeta.net/include/mvc/views/forums/recent/posts.php on line 16

The Recent Topics section works fine though.
