It's a duet, half fan-art and half OC. It's supposed to b father & daughter.
The girl is my OC (and she's only as tall as her father's shoulders). Use the first ref for her eyes and hair. The outfit has 2 references; Ref 1 has the proper colors but it's a side view so I added ref 2 so you can see the front. She's spunky, smart, and flirty.
The man is from Bioshock. I added 3 refs (from an artbook and some fanart from DA) for you to look at. Whichever suit you wanna do is fine; wasn't sure which would work best given the colors of her outfit. He's got blue eyes like her and dark brown hair. He's a businessman/millionaire with a stern personality, but I'd like a smile on him plz (doesn't have to be huge) since this is his daughter here.

Hmm ah, for Fei Yen maybe that reddish-pink color as in her outfit and for Zhen Ji, can you do like black and do red for her hair streak? Not sure if you can since it's supposed to be monochrome x'D If you can't then maybe teal?
