I assume this is an issue caused by the earlier inport of all my old achievements into the new system....

I know that I've released some of the snow fearies in previous years, just not enough to complete the achievement (1000). However, my progress currently shows 0 of 1000. Is there any way to correct this?

There should be a red box at the top of the page that says this:

Click the link, and if that doesn't work, file a ticket. You'll need to copy and paste the message it gives you when you click the link so you might as well just include that in your initial ticket c:
