I can't move the ornaments around on my tree or move them after clicking them, they just stay in the corner. This wasn't always a problem and only recently started. I have tried refreshing and moving everything off of my tree but I still can't move them. Should I make this a ticket?

Before trying to move a specific ornament, click on it's name in the top box that shows which ones you have on your tree and then try and move that ornament.
I did that, I mean that when I try to add new ornaments I cant move them after adding them to the corner. And I can't move ornaments on the tree either.
The ornaments name has to be selected in the top box(not the one that shows the images of the ornaments you have to add to the tree) in order to move them on your tree. Have you tried that? As you click through the ornaments in that box it will highlight/fade them out on the tree itself so you can see which one is selected (it will also show up as highlighted in yellow in the box itself).
Yeah I've tried that. I did the tree for 3 years and never had this problem. I've also noticed that I can move the black pearl ornaments, but all other cannot be moved. I don't know if maybe my account has something wrong with it because I had a friend who also has subeta try and do my tree and she couldn't get it to work either?
I don't think the ornaments were set up this way in previous years (I could be wrong, but I don't remember having to do this..)
Sorry if I keep saying something you've already tried, but I want to make sure it's been covered before ruling it as a bug. With how busy the programmers are right now I doubt they would get the chance to check into this any time soon. :(

Yes you are correct this is what I have tried. I can move only certain ornamets when highlighted. The pearl ornament. But When I click on a different ornament and highlight it, or I try to add a new ornament, it wont move. For ecample, I click on the "blue conical ornament" that you have and it appears in the upper left-hand corner. I then click and drag the ornament to move it onto the tree but it will not move.
In this scenario, after clicking on the blue conical ornament to add it to the tree are you clicking on it in the top box BEFORE trying to move it?
I have tried both but generally I click the item, then I go into the tree box and try to drag it.
