Several hours ago this annoying huge blue area appeared near the top of the page, under the theme banner and the menu.

There are also a ton of sidebar glitches

Events boxes aren't collapsing/staying collapsed
Some of the event categories are appearing in the dashboard tab
Can't delete individual events (delete icon is not clickable)

and other glitches

Whole site is too wide

Have you tried clearing your cache and such yet? I've been on and questing/posting for awhile now and I haven't seen this happen.

If that doesn't work, do you have any CustomCSS? Perhaps one of their changes threw that off?

Might even be the layout.

Blue area is gone now. But other glitches (like too-wide site) are still there

yea im having the same issues (minus the blue box thing) an my cache is cleared 2x a day...
