Hi happy Luminaire!!! I'm new around here, so sorry if I've missed something about this somewhere, I have tried to search the faqs and recent posts to see if the answers out there... But can't find it!!

No matter what I try my HA doesn't seem to be able to keep her hair on! I've tried various routes but when she shows up on my profile she's always bald! Help! What can I do? I am mainly using either mobile or desktop version on iphone, but I've also tried on PC (chrome/ie) which didn't solve it.

Yes, I've tried in wardrobe hair salon and in beta wardrobe too. Sometimes a hairstyle will show up there, but it never makes it out of the wardrobe.

have you tried: go to old wardrobe (the one that the link goes to, not the beta) click on avatar (under the picture and wardrobe) should open up to a page with "Basic Traits", change "hair" to whatever you want plus color and click "save & use". Hope it helps...

Thanks tried this (again as had done this before)... still no hair. I am noticing that when I first click through to wardrobe , the box with a list of layers doesn't have a little checkbox next to the hair layer, all the other layers do, is that normal, or could it be part of the problem? If I bought hair somewhere would that work instead? (Can you buy hair? Not come across it yet) my head is getting cold!!! nnStarrySeaDragonn

Still not getting the hair to work, but I bought a wig and a hat so not so chilly anymore!!
