Cheapest HA Rules
- Put together an HA for less than 1 mil.
- CWs and Cash Shop items are not allowed!
- It must be fully* clothed (no naked HAs)
- The cheaper the better!
The winner will be determined by whether or not they stuck to the budget and how well put together the HA is.
*Midriff/Legs/Shirtless is okay if it works with the image you are presenting. You are not allowed to just put on a Mankini and enter it. Cover the private parts please! ;)
Most Expensive HA Rules*
- Put together an HA that costs over 75 mil+
- CWs are worth 7 mil/item.
- Millionaire Shop Weapons are okay.
- CS items are okay.
- R101, SBQ, Holiday Items + Artifacts are okay!
- The more expensive the better!
The winner will be determined by whether or not their HA was over 75 mil+ and how well put together the HA is.

There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize winner for each category decided by and myself, as well as a fan favorite voted by the people who participate.

- retired collection items - user shop prices (if none then it's worth 20 mil)
- sbq - user shop prices (if none then Price Today then Overall Price (from hover) then 10 mil)
- sbq makeup - sbq official prices

Either! You can buy stuff for the contest or you can use the stuff you already have. As long as you OWN the item, either is cool. No HA generators ^-^

Questions: you pinged # male, does that mean you want the HA entries to be male HAs? Do you actually want a female HA? Do you accept either? In the case of male, does "naked" include shirtless? What about female, does it include midriff-bearing like your current HA? What about bare legs like your current?

What's with items that are currently not in shops? I have the background from the February 2014 collection and it's listed under my Account Worth as one of my most expensive items. It still has a price attached to it there, so should I go for that one?

Another question! When you say "retired for more than a year", does that refer only to items that are r101, or also items that just can't be produced anymore like really old Free Gifts, plot prizes and old holiday items? I'm trying to make a 75m+ male HA, just to prove it can be done haha 😂

Or better yet I'll just change the rules b/c that rule was made so that old accounts wouldn't get favoritism, but a lot of the old art is... interesting to say the least. So from now on retired items, no matter how old are okay.

fun fact: my HA (including CS) is worth approx. 46 mil. I wouldn't even qualify for the expensive HA contest :'D
