I feel like this is probably something that happened a while back, but I've been inactive for a while and just came back. My wardrobe seems to think that my account is new even though my account is over seven years old. It's on a welcome screen and wants me to choose a set of clothes from several options. I don't really want to do this, because I'm afraid it is going to reset my current HA. Not sure what is going on?

They did this when they revamped the new user tutorial. The only way to get past it is to pick an outfit. I am not sure if it resets it or not, but if you are worried, you can always have the old wardrobe up with your avatar and save it there after you pick an outfit in the new.
