I've been trying to change my HA's hair to Bald so I can use wigs, but no matter what I do, my HA's hair never changed. Is anyone else having this problem?

In the original wardrobe when you got to the hair salon, there is an option that says "Back to normal, please!"

I'm using my normal hair right now. I thought that to use wigs you needed to be using the bald hairstyle so I'm trying to change to that.
