Can someone please tell me what the tiers are on this? Or where I can find it in the achievement list? For the life of me, it seems not to exist.

It is indeed on the achievement list - if you search 'charitable,' the achievement should show up with all the tiers available. To save you the time, the tiers are 25, 50, 75, 125, 250, 500.
