I can afford exactly one summoning item in the cs sale, which would you suggest? The only one I have so far is the molten summoning tome.

I'm a relatively casual battler and I have a tier 7 and a tier 4 pet (and two little 1 and 2), with relatively inexpensive weapons but I managed 7 wins against cursed effigy without much effort.

I'm trying to get a fun opponent, but I would also be interested in knowing which of them have the most useful (or fun) loot.

I'd be glad about suggestions!

- In terms of value, the Bloody Summoning Alter would be the best, as it unlocks three opponents and is actually 50% off right now, where the others are 25% off, however, your pets are unlikely to be able to beat the second two challengers right away, and this item seems less likely to retire than the others.

If you are looking for something your pets can handle right now, I would probably go with Eventide Phoenix Summoning Stone, the first challenger is about T4 and drops a nice T4 weapon, and the second challenger would probably be a bit of a challenge for a T7, but it wouldn't be too long before you could beat it. Fruit Punch Summoning Feather gives you the most EXP. In terms of loot, the second challenger from the Glittering Feather does drop a book, so that might be something to consider as well. All of them have combinable loot for T6 or T7 weapons. You can't really go wrong with any of them :)

The Deciduous Summoning Charm challengers are a bit harder, the unlocked dragon is an impossible challenger, so probably not useful to you now, but having it later in your battle career would be useful.

Not to mention the T4 opponent from the Eventide Phoenix Summoning Stone gives out and seeing as your name is... well... you might consider it fun loot :)

Thanks so much for the input! I was already leaning towards the eventide phoenix because of 's awesome explanation, but removed every last doubt. I need this background now :)
