On 24 November 2014, I was charged for one Molten Summoning Tome, one Venomous Tails: Facts About the Mairra and 99 Taillis Enchanters. I only received 52 of the 99 Taillis Enchanters.
So they STILL haven't fixed it after locked the old boards and said it was fixed?
I was told it was fixed.
Please do file a ticket to get the items still owed. Did you get any error message when you checked out?

THIS HAPPENED TO ME JUST NOW, and I am really, really not amused. Filled my cart up today (Nov 24), was told my total was 2,225 CSC, had the ENTIRE 2,225 taken from my account, but was only given items that amount to 1,215 CSC. (I did the math.) I'm missing A LOT of my items. I didn't get an error message, didn't get any message about it at all.
I already filed a ticket, and I've taken screenshots of my inventory, my cart, and my CS purchase history (which doesn't list all of my cart items, meaning, even though I was CHARGED FOR THEM, I did not purchase them somehow).
Really wish I just hadn't bought anything or had at least come to the bug forums first to make sure there were no issues, but I wasn't really expecting there to be, 'cos, you know, yearly CS sale...
There is someone working on this as we speak. Please be patient. You WILL be given the items due to you!

I'm missing 165 items. I was missing 95, staff told me to buy the cart again and they'd reimburse the Csc and when I did that, I again was missing many items. Now I'm out 18k and I have 68 out of the 136 items I bought -_-
I have filed a ticket and am just waiting at the moment.
What is the protocol regarding the items? Can i use them, put it in my vault/shop? I dont want to just leave it in my inventory and have it burned or whatever.
If you are worried about the items I would vault them. You might update your ticket to let them know.

Yeah same thing happened to me about 10 minutes ago. Bought 150 items - csc got taken and then only ended up with 83 of the items :( Filed a ticket though.
Yeah I'm missing 77 of my almost 150 items, I account searched everything that was in my cart (and left it there, in case staff wants to double-check) and let them know the exact list of everything that's missing, with quantities.
Haven't gotten any reply yet, but hopefully soon! Given the amount of people who seem to have been affected by this, it's expected it would take a while :/ But I will be quite annoyed if it isn't resolved before the end of the sale, like everyone else I suppose.
I've always bought big carts on BF and never had this issue, so it didnt even cross my mind that it could happen ._. And it's even more concerning that it apparently hasn't been fixed yet...
This! :( I still need to name-change a pet, and I'm not sure I should touch my CSC until staff resolves what's happening with my CS purchases. But it'd really suck to miss out on name-changing during the sale because of this.
Hmm, sounds like my problem. I bought all six snowglobes but I have not gotten my little snow foxie. :( I filed a ticket and im just waiting.

Happened to me too. I had tons of items in my cart and only got a handful of them. Filed a ticket straight away (about 3pm this afternoon) and they are still looking into it. I know this has hit a bunch of people and staff need to wade through all the items to make sure everything comes out okay, but ugh, I want my items.
What changed between this sale and the previous that would cause this? I've never had this issue before and I usually buy a bunch of stuff on Black Friday sales.

As posted, this is a known issue that the programmers are actively working on. In the meantime, please file a ticket if you had issues with your purchase, and a User Admin will claim your ticket as soon as possible. The majority of these issues happened earlier today, at the start of the sale, and the User Admins have been claiming and working through tickets as quickly as they can. Of course that means that, except for in some extraordinary circumstance, everyone will be credited appropriately in a timely manner so you can enjoy your new items, and for the correct amount of CSC. :)
