So the Ruffie Raffle was taken off of the news page, and I wanted to add it to my bookmarks on the side so I'd remember to go to it every day. Except it doesn't seem to want to add? I can take screen caps of what it says when I try (text 404 error) if needed. Am using chrome, don't know what version.

You need to add in the subeta.net to the beginning of the address. For some reason it starts at /explore

It's doing this with all new bookmarks, not just Ruffie Raffle.

Thanks for the quick response. I really thought ALL of the bookmarks added that way (I thought that's how my others did, since the subeta.net is kind of ... a given?) but I guess I was wrong or it changed.

I haven't added any new ones so maybe they do? I have no idea :x But, when I added in the subeta.net I didn't get an error, although I did notice when I went to delete the bookmark that I had two. Are you sure the 404 error Ruffie Raffle one didn't get mixed in somewhere among your other bookmarks?
