I apologize if this is in the wrong forum subsection, it has been a while since I've been very involved on the forums!

I am very interested in purchasing the item to challenge Deciduous and unlock Deadwood, but I am pretty convinced my tier 3 pet just isn't up to it yet, and needs more training. Could someone explain to me how the Deciduous summoning charm works, I guess?

If you purchase one does the challenger stay in your list forever once the item is used? Or does it disappear when the season changes? Can you hold onto the item and summon whenever you're ready to challenge?

If you manage to beat Deciduous enough times and it drops the Deadroot summoning branch, does the branch disappear if you use it to summon Deadwood?

I hope all of that made sense, and thank you for reading!

Your Tier 3 pet would be close to beating Deciduous. He drops a Tier 4 weapon as a prize which usually indicates he is Tier 4 difficulty. Either way once you have unlocked Deciduous he will stay in your challenger list forever. If you choose to buy the Summoning Charm now you can unlock him now or hold on to it and unlock him whenever you like. It would probably be best to wait until the Black Friday sale begins, it might be half price.

When you beat him 25 times you get the Deadroot Summoning Branch which will disappear when used to summon Deadwood (who is Tier 12 difficulty)

After fighting decidiwi with my t6, I would say, he is probably a high T4 at least, if not T5. So when you hit t4 don't expect to be able to get your 25 wins right away :p just have patience, keep training and you'll get there.

A quick note, when challengers are for sale in the cash shop like this, and you ever plan on wanting to fight them even if you know your pet isn't up to par yet, it's best to buy them then if you can, because generally once they leave the cash shop the price goes straight up, pretty fast. That being said, if I was you I would certainly wait til black friday since your pet probably couldn't beat him yet, so you ought to wait til it's cheapest then :P.
