4 item quests giving 40 k only. was he nerfed?

I think he's just being a dick. I usually don't bother with him unless he's the weekend special cause it just isn't worth the money spent, most of the time.

i dont think its a bug, but its a little annoying at times. I dont even bother with SQs, and if i do, its only if the items total cost is very low. Not worth the time/risk.
