It probably wouldn't cost much, are you talking about the thing they wear at the center of their ribbons? Probably 15mil sP at most, depending on complexity. I'm also willing to haggle!

A ping group is something that users can join that you can use to mass ping them! (Like how pinged artsale, every user who has joined artsale got pinged to your thread!)
You can make one here: click. And you ping them by using # [group name] without the space, so # artsale without the space pings the artsale group!
