I tried claiming both my Zombie disease "skin" (more like a bag of bones as I have Blistered Hearts) and my zapper skin and I got the following:

I've lost EVERYTHING!!! I tried clicking on skins in my wardrobe WITHOUT saving anything and just realised to go and check at the healer to see if I still have my disease AND my leopard skin...I HAVE LOST THEM ALL!!! If I have lost them, please let me get them back! :( I even clicked the Convert link before I tried using different skins.

I tried going to the Underground just now and I could get in. I also was able to make a purchase. However, I still can't get into Skitters' shop. My Beta wardrobe even says I have access to the Leopard skin and my disease, I can't use them. I'm stuck as a human. Do I still have my disease and skin? Have I been cured against my will? Have I lost my Leopard skin? When I hit the convert link it said I had converted nothing (as per the quoted message above), but they're in my wardrobe. Please let me know what's going on! :(

I can see my zombie skin under the choices for skins in the wardrobe but when I choose it nothing happens. I am stuck with normal human skin right now.

I have the Alien skin and tried to claim it, and it shows I've claimed none. It still shows the Alien skin as an option I can choose, but when I do, nothing it briefly flashes in the main HA window but then disappears and is replaced by the featureless (because I have no eyes or mouth chosen) human HA.

What the hell?! I clicked the link in the news not knowing that it would STEAL MY SKIN! My butterfly zombie skintone is nowhere to be found in the beta wardrobe and now I'm stuck as a human. The "skins" button in the wardrobe is completely greyed out - there is no way for me to select a skin D:

Here's what's happening on my end: I click "choose" and wait for the page to refresh. I click to remove everything I'm wearing and the page refreshes again and I keep coming back to a normal human base.

Even though the system says I'm a zombie, I still can't get in. I'm wondering what's possibly going on with my comp...

Well, I seem to have been able to claim my skin. However, I have the human face (eyes, nose, mouth) on top of my zapper skin face :/ I don't know if it's just on my side, but I look like this to me:

I dunno of you did anything or not, or if FF's crashing and then updating itself to a newer version is what took care of things, but for now, everything seems to be working.

I am experiencing the same issue as , however, where the mouth, nose and eyes (if any are selected) are showing up on top of the base skin. Currently for me with my zombie infection, it's just the mouth, but it looks very strange

For some reason, I'm now stuck as a zombie XD I don't get it. I think there's something wonky going on...No matter how many times I click the Claim Choose button (sorry), I'm stuck as a zombie...

I also was having the base facial features show up on top of my zombie skin earlier. Now, however, I am a regular human, and even when I click "Choose" for Dolly Dreadful, it doesn't change anything.

I should mention that I'm using Chrome. But regardless, it now works. Thanks .

As a note, now that the base features go over the zapper and zombie skins, we need a no nose option.
