OK. SO I am so mad. I hit preview for this huge gorgeous post I had set up, and my browser just deleted EVERYTHING. Literally everything I spent the last who knows how long typing and setting up. There was witty banter people. Witty. Banter. And now it's all gone and I am MAD.

So I'm gonna try this again, so I don't know if the witty banter will be there. I just won't be the same. That sort of thing is golden and unreplicable. It was in the moment. And it's just....the moment is gone.

ANYWAY. I want opinions people! All your opinions! I had an inspiration fart and the product is all these CW wips. All hair, but what are ya gonna do? I'mma go in order from oldest to newest kinda. By oldest I mean the one CW that is like 2 years old that I couldn't put down untried, and all the ones I did today/last week or so.

- SO this is the ancient baby that's been sitting in a folder for over 2 years. If people like how it looks It'll get relined, and spruced up. - The public toned down version of a personal hair. The personal hair would have Kirin horns and fun colors. So technically different item but yeah similar shape and junk just more added. - Practically ready to go. , 5, 6, 7 - WIPS! They used to have pretty little snippits for each of them but then the browser deleted them all and I can't be rebothered to type out all that wit. It'd be a liiiieeeee now. But I'm diggin' 4 a ton and the manly elf hair is rockin and idk even about the other two. They wished themselves to the form so there they are.

I hope maybe a few catch your interest and you like them and want me to pursue them! Let me know which ones you like and any color suggestions or just suggestions in general in submitting them. Obviously not looking for slots, but I'd love to see if there were interest in wanting potential future slots. You have opinions and thoughts, I wanna hear 'em! Lay 'em on me! 8D

I've never made a cw so I don't really have much advice, but here are my thoughts;

1 - I really like the style and the current colour goes well with it c: it makes me think of a lion's mane, bc of the messy style (I'd personally like to see a brown recolour)? 2 - I can see this being used in a creepy HA theme, especially if you were to do a black recolour. :P 3 - I love the colour on this, the style is cool too!

That's all the thoughts I have, I do really like the style on 4 though and 5 looks awesome for an elf/nature theme. :)

In terms of selling I think 3 and 5 would also be the most marketable They all look super nice

My friend just sorta notified mee: I actually just noticed number 3 is supposed to be finished? I think there is a lack of shading that you still need. It looks quite nice but something about the number of shading layers is off? The submittal process for hair is quite hard and you definitely need some more layers to ensure acceptance!

Ahh okay! Thank you! For the long one I was planning on doing a black color scheme for it (hopefully more than just black too!) And brown sounds like a good idea for the fluffy one! I'm also glad you like the fringe one since it's the most finished. 8D

Thank you! And I do plan on trying to work on some of them more; I've just been trying to feel out which ones I should bother working on and which ones I should set aside now that they've been sketched.

As for 3 I color shifted it to blondes here as well as grabbed the layers (Crushed me a little when you said it wasn't shaded enough which I think you'll understand when you see how many shading layers I have)

As for that tutorial that's actually the one I was referencing when I was having difficulty with the shading! I'm not sure if the similarities in that case are a good thing TxT Like I said, I'm still just starting out and trying to figure out what works and what doesn't.

Okay I just woke up, so bare with me if I make grammatical errors and stuff, and feel free to ask me if I'm not making sense lol

I think all your work is looking pretty good; I can say you know how to draw hair very well! Seeing the 3rd wig with different colors does automatically make it look more shaded. Something about that magenta like color made it kind of look strangely flat and that's what I think Meso was seeing.

For the finished images / lines, it will be useful to put them to final size and look at them near onsite items to see if you feel like they're matching up. (I can't tell exactly, but you may be able to thin down the outer lines a smidge. So I'd just look at it yourself when you resize and see if you think the lines are too over whelming) Personally I think your art is really great, and the CW system can be a little hard to predict on style. I can't tell you honestly if I think your item would be denied because of the style you shade or not, because some of the artists shade a little more painted like this and it gets accepted, and others don't. It really depends on the eyes who're doing the approval process I think. But IF you do happen to get a denial, you're always free to ping me if you don't understand what something means. I think I've gotten every single denial term possible honestly. xDDD

I do think if you tried to get an item approved, the denial process wouldn't be too bad IF it did get denied. If you like, I can show you a working size of one of my most recent wigs if you think that might help you to take a look at? C:

first off - that first hair is amazing! You have very nice lines!

When I was first pinged, I'd only seen magenta, and i was going to say that you probably only needed one more layer of shadows (mostly for the roots) and possibly one layer of highlights, but seeing the blonde, I agree it does seem to have enough layers of shading!

(the tricky part of pink / magenta is the color palette. You should have darker shadows, possibly more on the purple side, while the highlights should be on the pinkish / slightly orangeish side for the contrast to show well!)

Oh it looks much better in those colours. Darker colours especially black are known to be hardest colours because often times using different shades can produce a flat effect! I think its adorable. I love how your style looks, its good your style resembles that tutorial in my opinion because that user did have popular items. I would love to see how your shading grows though c: One more thing to keep in mind, a well done wig is a wig that can be worn on all types of has. If you do those styled bangs that cover most the eyes and the face, it will be harder to fill. The bangs are gorgeous on 3 but for future reference make bangs like that higher and test with a base with eyes and other shiz!

If you are doing in a (platinum) blonde color, I'd definetely want a slot if possible, please :D

And I probably will I was looking forward to maybe doing a number of different colors. And I'm a sucker for light pink. (THough dark dark is very popular.)
