Extra quest buff issue.

The Wizard needs you to Help him out! You've completed 16/16 quests today!
Got the random event twice today, but can't do the quest for a 17th time. Guessing it goes back to 16/15 once the buff runs out, so getting the buff again just bumped it back to 16, not actually giving me an extra one.
Stickers complete! Beanbags in progress. :)
