I have noticed - now that this has happened twice, with two different items in my Inventory - when I use them, the results are not credited to my account. Both have happened within the past two weeks of playing Subeta.

- used a Mystical Keepsake Box on my pet Untold. Message showed 3 TC slots were awarded (but they were not). I've since not had an issue using other Keepsake Boxes on this particular pet, but the TC slots from the one were never credited.

- used a 500 Credit Gift Card. Message showed it was a success, but the 500 Credits never showed up in my Currencies.

I've since filed a Ticket on both items, and am waiting to hear back from the staff. In both cases, I was using the latest edition of Google Chrome web browser.

The 500 Credit gift card I'm a little upset and angry about, as I've played for quite a while now in order to earn the sP needed to buy it on-site.
