I've played neopets since it came out, but kinda got bored so came here and so far I like it! Welcome aboard! I've been in subeta for 2-3 years now and yes, it's such a wonderful place. Anyway, I can say that I'm some kind of newbie too because I don't play everyday... but I am in love with this site.

Hey Sophia! :) Welcome to Subeta! I also came from Neo and joined this site after my friend referred me here. :P

I've found that customizing your avatar is very versatile here and it's a lot more open. The paid credit here (Cash Shop Credit) can be bought using sP which I really like (unlike in Neo where NC and NP were never interchangeable.)

If you have any questions about Subeta, feel free to ask! In the forums there's a feature called "pinging". You simply type and write your message. It will send an alert just like the one you received regarding this reply. :) You can easily ping people by clicking the microphone icon in the top right corner of a post. :)

Yup! You can buy the CSC as cards from user shops. If you have the Shop Search sidebar widget, search these names (I have also made them into links for you :)):

Sometimes people sell the CSC they buy with real money. Also check out the trade center incase anyone is willing to trade items for csc. :)

Yeah, they're quite inflated right now! People usually post in the Buying forums here if they're buying CSC. The /avarage/ rate is about 3.5m for 100 csc. :)

There are a few guides to making sP but doing the Daily Quests really helps! Start with Shinwa, then do the Wizard Quests. He gives you tokens which are a valuable currency for buying items from the Token Shop and Black Heart Hollow. You can sell these tokens for sp/csc as well if you wanted! :)

And I found SubetaLodge to be very helpful! It's a database of all items on Subeta! :) It also has many guides (ie. pet colours, etc) to help you get familiar with Subeta! :)
