This is the CI I tried to submit, but denied for
• ITEM: Issues from previous denial were not sufficiently addressed
• NOTE: The lineart quality on the item is still rather poor, a bit on the oversharpened side
If your item image is more than x2 the final size, or is an odd number you should first resize it to the x2 size (In this case, resize FROM 209x209 down TO 128x128) And then resize it again to final size (64x64) Remember to always merge your layers before resizing as well because resizing can skew them and create gross gaps / make thinks look weird.

It also may help on this particular item to taper the lines near the points of the star to help make it softer.

It's just the resizing. It's a few more steps (which is why most people I see draw on either x2 or x4) but it fixes it if you forgot / want another size to work on C:
