Personally, I've got to say "I, Mudd" (because it showcases how wonderfully absurd the show can be) and "Amok Time" (because duh). Thoughts??

"The Naked Time" is kind of epic. :D I also love "The Return of the Archons" (Kirk outwitting a computer ahaha), "Mirror, Mirror" (Spock's beard, enough said) and "Return to Tomorrow" (this is just a super interesting episode).
