I just read the last ever chapter of Naruto, and I am feeling so overwhelmed with emotions right now. Mostly shocked, because the part of me that lived in the river named denial thought it would never end.

Some of the endgame pairings were surprising, to be honest, especially SasuSaku, purely because that relationship was very abusive from the beginning, but I'm guessing that with the long period of time that passed between the penultimate and final chapter, I guess they found a way to make their relationship work??

Has anyone else read it? Thoughts? Feelings?

, I had to read it twice and at the end of the second reading I teared up a little. Just knowing that the pairings came true, and that it was over. Mostly because it was over kind of choked me up. Now I have to find another series to read on Thursdays. ^-^

I liked how Naruto ended in the long run...the pairings are not my favorite, but it was well put together. I have just never been a fan of Hinata.

To be honest, I only read the end of Naruto because a friend told me about it. The ending is nice (and some things are surprising) but there are still so many questions which will be answered in the movie I guess.

I totally agree with the abusive relationship part. I really hated that Sakura ended with Sasuke. Also, in her last freaking scene, she appears cleaning the house? Like a good ol' housewife? I mean, Tsunade's best disciple? And their daughter looks an awful lot more like Karin than Sakura.

And what about Tenten? She wanted to be a great ninja but ended up running a shop. Lol. I guess it figures. If Kishimoto had done anything too different from that, like a SasuNaru ending, it would make the majority of the audience unhappy. But still.

I think that Sakura deserves someone a little better than Sasuke, personally. Sasuke (I hate the prick) should've died when he first went to Orochimaru. TOTALLY support the NaruHina, they really match up nicely. Who didn't see ShikaTema coming? Where the heck did InoSai come from?

I really like all of the kids, though.

I really wanted InoxChouji cries but I'm glad Naruto and Hinata got together. Kishi trolled everyone into thinking Karin was Salada's real mom. Haha you old troll. Also who is the mom of Lee's son? It seems like maybe Tenten because she's in the next panel but it's never confirmed. And my poor Shino ends up all alone :( I feel like he'd be a better bug researcher than a teacher.

I'm a yaoi fangirl. I wanted a NaruSasu ending! Gutted. I dislike Sakura immensely, I love Hinata, just not with Naruto.

I LOVED the InoSai. That makes me so happy. Personally I was happy with the ending. I never was a fan of Sasuke or Sakura so I did not care what happened to them. I was disappointed about Tenten. Kiba's ending was most surprising I think. But I was happy with the Ending.

excuse me, but Sarada only looks like Karin because of her glasses. Karin was only the MIDWIFE who delivered Sarada. Everyone is under this misconception that Karin is Sarada's mom. Get this whacked into your head. Karin is not Sarada's mom. Besides, Sarada was described explicitly as having many of Sakura's traits. She was noted to be more similar to Sasuke, but she has inherited a large portion of Sakura's verbal traits, namely the tic and of course. It has been CONFIRMED by Kishimoto himself that Sarada's mom by birth, and genetics is of course, Sakura. So get the message into your head. Karin was never Sakura's mom. It explicitly states in Gaiden by Karin herself that she only delivered Sarada from Sakura's womb. Sakura was merely being helped by Karin in her baby's birth. Jeez, people just don't get it. Karin was merely the OBGYN-like figure, the midwife, the OBGYN, whatever you wanna call it, just get it into your heads and get in there good. Sakura is Sarada's birth mom!!! Karin is NOT Sarada's mom!
