So i have this ideal i been messing with on just paint i drew up , it needs a lot of color and shading and shaping done but if someone else can draw it up for me that meets the standards of cw id like that. I rather not put what i have up just yet so no one else takes and turns it into their own work.

So some detail on it i want it into about a knee high dress that flows out real cute, also kinda beachy looking , then sea turtles added on the dress , i have the rough of somewhat how i want them lined up.

If interested in doing the commission for me named the price and we continued talk about it more. Also id like to be the one to submit it if that would be okay, but will also give a copy if accepted.
