My account is nearly nine years old, mind I haven't played Subeta for the entire time but I was very active for the first 4 years and would still have bursts of activity after that. My friend gave me a link where they should have been redeemed but I got nothing?

Are the achievements showing in your list as awarded?

Yeah, I see achievements there in the feed, lots of them.

Then, if you got the achievements for loyalty, but not the rewards, you should make a ticket :)

Oh! I thought you meant achievements in general. Looking it over I don't see those achievements and unfortunately when I logged in for the first time I was bombarded by a LOT of achievements so if I got those, I didn't see them and can't see them now. :(

Nah, from your own achievement page, I can see you have them.

Guess you really gotta make a ticket. :) Good news is that this is something that can be fixed quickly.

I got my 8th year achievement and its reward fine on October 11th, so I'm really puzzled, haha!

I guess an account that's only 3 months off from being 9 years old isn't good enough. XD

Yeah, it's not wrking for me anymore. Weird because I DID see them working a couple minutes ago.

I would definitely make a ticket. There was probably some issue with the achievements when they were being updated.

I just hit 9 years yesterday and got my loyalty box fine and my achievements still look accurate, so it doesn't seem to be a site-wide issue.

I sent in a ticket, I guess in the meantime I'll keep trying. :/

Are you supposed to receive loyalty boxes for every year you've been on subeta?

I'm in a similar boat as the OP, I was very active for the first 2 years of my membership and logged on sporadically after that. I recently logged on after about 3 years and was greeted with a hoard of achievements, one of them being the Second Year! achievement where I was awarded a loyalty box, but was not awarded for the remaining 3 years. In the achievements section, it says that you're supposed to receive a loyalty box for every year after the 2nd one..

Yeah, you're supposed to get a box for every year. If you're in the same boat, you should open a ticket. :)
