I started my Shinwa quests and she said the library had the first piece, so I did a library quest, didn't receive a bracelet piece, did a second library quest, still didn't receive a piece, Shinwa is still saying library has the piece.... What should I do? Is this happening to anyone else?

I just did Shinwa's quest with no problems. Didn't get sent to the Library though. Maybe it's just a problem with that quest?

I'd file a ticket about missing piece.

I got it fixed now :D
