I've had a lot of trouble today when purchase out of the new custom stores. I have purchased one each of several items but received several of each and got billed for them. In one case I purchased one pair of and got 8 pairs. Ouch, way too many and it emptied my csc out. Please help, I've put most items in trade and trying to take less for them to get some csc back, but would love to have all the csc back instead if possible. This is just one item that I got several of, other pairs of pantyhose, background..etc.

I've not had this issue and have bought from CW shops. However, I think a similar thing has happened to me buying from the CS Boutique. I bought one set and an extra of a few pieces and got way more. My history says I've been charged, too, but am unsure if I did get charged or not. A ticket was made as soon as I realised how many items were in my inventory.

I had a friend contact me telling me that she had the same issue with the new shops. Hopefully I can get it resolved, which I should be able to since who would ever purchase that many pairs of items on purpose. I just hope I can get it resolved before I have some CW's come due. I'm sorry to hear you had an issue too.

Yes hon, I did, they had me put sell the extra items to the pawn shop and gave me the difference. I see they have a notice in the shops now telling people not to refresh and you can't back space either or you get more than one depending on how many times you go back. :) I think they are working on the issue.
