I've been doing Carl's quests and apart from him being a greedy so and so, I've seen this on the timer. You have -1 year 11 months 4 weeks 1 day 23 hours 30 minutes left to bring me:

I don't know if this is already mentioned but it stuck me as really, really weird.

I just got the same thing from a Library quest, so it doesn't seem to be Carl specific.

it happens to me too on all quest i had done very recently. it was normal when i started doing quest for today.

It was happenin to me with Saggitarius earlier too, I was wondering what was up with that :V

Yea, it seems to be showing up on every quest. At least, it doesnt stop you from doing quests though.

EDIT:

it seems the bug has spread to the shops restock times as well.

i'm almost certain this is a daylight savings glitch. i want to say this happens more often than not.
