I know that there are some very solid reasons why Neurogalaxy had to be shut down a few months back...but that doesn't change the fact that I miss it sooo hard. Mostly, I miss the battle and roam systems. I found the battle system to be a lot more fun than Subeta's (no offense, but the actual battles and the leveling were just a lot more exciting), and the roam feature just added a great layer of RPG elements that Subeta...well, just doesn't have.

Don't get me wrong, I still love Subeta. It has some things that NG didn't (the ability to have tons and tons of pet slots, Masquerade, more intricate wardrobe system, etc.)...but NG (to me) was so much more immersive than any other petsite I've ever been on. The three key features (world map, pet battles, and customizable human characters/avatars) were just so masterfully interconnected with each other to create a gameplay experience like nothing I'd ever seen in the online virtual pet category before! It was beautiful! Man, I miss that site...

I miss it very much. Neurogalaxy was such a friendly and cosy place, and I loved the adorable art and innovative gameplay (like roaming, as you mentioned!) I wonder if it will eventually make a comeback in the future. Nice to see a Neurogalaxy veteran here :)

I've been away from petsites for a couple of months...I didn't even know it was gone!!! :( I adored the battles and the art on that site!

I miss it too. Mostly because of it's battle system. I really wish more pet sites would implement systems like roam.

Miss it so hard. Keith said he had all the data, but the domain is just GONE now. sucks. I wanted to do a comic on the lore of the planet but I'm 1. (lazy) and 2. (busy)
