Quest Buff Not Awarding Payout

So I was trying to take advantage of the 25% quest bonus (SUPER awesome, by the way, thanks Subeta Team!), but as I was hitting Maleria's quests, I noticed that I didn't seem to be getting the extra SP. The normally awarded prize money was paying out, but not the 25% extra that was said to be given.
I also did not get the SP bonus on Library Quests. I'm not sure if it's working on other quests or if only those two are broken.
I got this on Library no problem. 22,994sP AND You earned 1 QuestPoint! You can spend it here! AND Multi-Strand Gathered Gold Necklace Your bonus sP for this quest was 4,599 thanks to your buff!
And Maleria too!
34,700sP AND Pink Balloon Headband Your bonus sP for this quest was 6,940 thanks to your buff!

Okay, checking how this works, is the sP buff already lumped into the first amount listed, and the total listed under bonus is just an FYI of how much additional you earned? So, without the buff, it'd be 18395 and 27760 respectively for each quest?
It looks like it is just letting you know how much of it was a buff. For example my buff on one of my quests was 7192 and if I times that x5 then I get 35960 which was my reward.
