Earlier today I was on Subeta on my phone, and I got the pop up random event saying that I won a free spin at Spooky Chance. Let me just say that the random event said NOTHING about it expiring in 1 hour. Anyways, that isn't my problem. My problem is that I followed the link to the Spooky Chance Surprise, and clicked the option to use my free spin. The page refreshed and then on that page, it had said that I had 0 free spins. Now I am back home on a computer, and I am very disappointed. Not only do I not have any of the possible prizes in my inventory, I am also discovering that even if I hadn't used my free spin, it would've expired in an hour. That is lame. It should be at least 12 hours, 24 ideally. What I am wondering now is what is going to happen? Where is my prize? Am I going to get another spin to compensate for the fact that I used my spin but received no prize?
You might want to try and file a ticket. I don't know if this is something a UA can help you with, but they might be able to compensate you.

I've actually gotten two so far and have had no problems with them. Got two nice prizes and they were both free.
Thank you all for responding. Since the free spin has worked for several other users, I have created a ticket. Hopefully they can compensate me and it will work.
