- you can't at the moment. The ability to turn them in was turned off cause of the new forum point system, but we are hopeful staff will restore it soon.

In case you haven't looked lately, they have returned the button to turn in the tickets. I had 15 in my vault, so I was glad to see that return.

I'm curious, do you keep track of how often you get a point now that the forum shop exists? I was getting one about every 6th post. Then I went for an entire week and didn't get any, so I wrote a ticket. Finally last night I got one. I had made over 20 posts in "eligible" forums before i got another one, and then a few minutes ago I got one after about 8 to 9 posts. I have a routine. I do posts every night just after midnight--it's only 9 PM here.

I never used to post on forums before they came up with the forum shop. But they certainly seem to have slowed down in frequency (at least for me). I was asked (by the UA who responded to my ticket) if I wanted the programmers to look into it, and I said yes. I'm still wondering what's going on.

no never noticed on how many post to get a raffle ticket.......i am horrible at posting things..i usually end up buying them

I think it's random because I managed to get 2 in a row today.

I haven't even managed to get one raffle ticket yet! I mean I know I haven't posted a terrible amount since the raffle tickets were introduced, but I expected to have gotten at least one by now!

Thanks for letting me know. I've only gotten 2 in a week and I have been posting just as much as when I was getting one every day.

I was getting one a day (for about every 4 to 8 posts) and then a week went by. I was still posting. I wrote a ticket, but still haven't had a satisfactory answer as to why the tickets just stopped. I DID find out, however that certain forums (such as games) don't count. I'm not sure what else doesn't count. Oh, she said Welcomes and intros don't count. I wonder if there's a guide that explains which forums are the ones that will help toward the points.
