I had 4 users with paid slots on the second batch(unsubmitted) of my Purple Spooky Bat Pullover, and I moved it into the cash shop with the intention of giving those users a password to buy it. After I moved it to my CW shop, I was editing my other items and I noticed that the shop said I only have 10 available copies left of the item, when I should have 20. That unsubmitted batch is just gone, and the users who had already paid haven't had their CSC refunded, it's apparently lost in the void. Is there any way to fix this? I almost don't even care about the 10 copies I'm now missing from my count, I just want to get this sorted out so I can get those users their items.

It was not :( Thankfully it seems my customers were able to withdraw their payment, but I'm not sure if they've all been refunded/I'm still short 10 available copies of my item.

I actually had made a ticket before creating this thread, but the UA was unable to help and recommended I post in the forums to see if Keith or one of the other developers might be able to do anything. I posted in the original CW Shop thread as well to no avail.
