Today i wanted to check out one of my pet Pandora's Box's (which i adopted like a month ago) profile but it says 'No such pet'. Why is that happening? Should i submit a ticket about that?

I was able to access his profile from your profile, which uses the pet ID and not the name.(Click here!) Symbols in names tend to be an issue for a couple different reasons (which I am way too tired to come up with right now but they have to do with coding in general, not just on here) and the apostrophe definitely a symbol.

I want to say that your pet is eligible for a free name change since the staff no longer allows users to create pets with symbols in their names. I'm not sure though. You might consider filing a ticket to find out if that is actually an option, but it's not a glitch. At least, not one that can be fixed.

ahh, i should've checked it through my profile first! i thought that might have something to do with the apostrophe haha. i actually like the name as it is now, so i'll just keep it. thanks for the fast response! :)
