I think BBC has Sherlock coming out in November. The Doctor Strange movie has said to be coming out in 2016. The studio says its beginning talks/negotiations to possibly pick Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange. There are others in the running to though. Not sure how I feel about that imagexD Cute interview he did with the magazine Elle I think?

This was all over my Facebook yesterday. I follow too many comic book pages.

I don't really have a problem with it, I know a lot of people on Tumblr were upset though. But I'm willing to give him a chance if it all comes together (or has? come together). That picture though is, um, I don't know either.

I don't know a lot about Marvel outside of the movies but reading the wiki article about him I think Mr Cumberbatch could do it. He has that ability to portray ambiguous morality (Khan, Sherlock) which, considering Dr Strange used to be selfish etc would probably come into the character.

That photo manip is pretty good haha he's decently similar to the character's look.

I personally don't like him as an actor so I don't really want him in the Marvel Universe. Like maybe he'll surprise me, but I just really haven't liked him in anything. I'm not a huge fan of Dr. Strange, so I'm not super heartbroken over this (like if they recasted hawkeye to him I would cry/ragequit everything)
