I've had this issue before, but unfortunately the fix that was working is no longer working and the issue is only partially what it was last time. The menu bars no longer show the drop down menu - or rather none of the menu bar drop downs work EXCEPT the cash shop.

The fix was to click the little grey shield in the URL bar that blocks parts of the site - the parts of the site that have not been converted over to https from http. However the shield is no longer there, because I turned off those protections. Now, when I open the Element (Q), and look at security it is absolutely littered with errors that say "unknown property/descriptor - declaration dropped" as well as "typeerror: elem.down(...) is undefined". There are over 60 of these declaration dropped errors.
