Still can't advance in Skelly Manor??

I'm still at the first part and it's been several days. I've picked up the paper, clicked on the animated clues, and went around the mansion several times already, but all I get is the blip that says "Rude. Ian is obviously hiding something. You decide to explore Skelly Manor." Anyone else having problems like this?
You actually picked up the paper and took it to ian?

Yes, I picked up the paper and went to the room where he is. I even clicked on him to "talk." Nothing. :(
I have been trying to do kelly manor for everal day but can't get Ian to talk to me and it keep taking me to the dining room. I can't go anywhere ele in the manor. I never aw a piece of paper that jeien i talking about. I've checked all the clue in the dining room a bazillion time but nothing i ever happening. I mine broke or what?
p.. I have a letter broke on my key board. Can you gue what it i?

No the guide doe not help with my problem. Problem being Ian doen't peak to me and the only room I end up in, no matter what door I open i the dining room. I never get anywhere to pick up a piece of paper.

I alerted a programmer so they will be looking into it. At ticket will probably do the same thing. It will still have to wait for a programmer. I hope it won't take long.
