8. Overworn Generic Costume (ie witch, zombie, mummy, vampire, etc)
9. Internet Meme/Joke Costume
10. Regional Dress Costume (ie bellydancer, hula dancer, eskimo, cowboy, hillbilly, etc)

Rules

1. You MUST label each entry with the theme it was made for, somehow, in your post.
2. You may only enter ONE costume, per theme. (Meaning, nobody should have more than 10 entries)
3. If you are playing along with CHIC, you MUST upload to Style File to be considered for any Playalong Best In Theme treats. Please tag your entries with "playalong chic or treat 2014" to be considered for these.

oh gosh ò_ò i'm really sorry about your ankle!! i fractured my foot last summer...it was quite painful and definitely boring to stay in the bed with a cast...hope you get well soon! And thank you for the ping :D the playalong one didn't work for me :( This sounds like lots of fun! i'm going to work on some HAs in the next days _ can't wait to see pretty costumes everywhere!!

I recently did a video game avatar just for the hell of it, didn't submit it to any contest or whatnot, would I be allowed to use it as my submission for theme four?

So we can't use HAs already on Styefile for some of them? Just wondering. ^^

I would prefer that previous avatars do not get used, as they weren't made with these exact prompts in mind. However, I might be willing to make an exception for one avatar, per person. I would have to know which avatar you want the exception on, and which theme you want it to be for. However, absolutely no tagging is to be done on old avatars before you receive approval.

Gonna post mine here as well as the CHIC forums. Here's my HA for the first theme, Sexy Animal Costume. I went with a cat, because reasons.

For the scary monster HA theme can it be a zombie? Or since that's under the examples in the generic category is it not acceptable? Idek if I want to do a zombie, just wanted to clarify.

Yes and no. If a zombie is used for the Scary Monster category, it may not be used as your Overworn Generic. The same would apply in reverse. The base rules are that each avatar can only be representative of one category and you may not use the same "costume" for more than one category, even if it is a separate avatar.
