You need some decent attackers for your tier. I find it hard to give advice on attackers for the higher tiers, since the weapons are mostly dependent on the opponents you're trying to defeat. The weapons I got for tier 10 which I like to use are: Blessed Trident of the Banished One, Possessed Bow and Malignant Rift Staff (though that one scales best on tier 11 pets and up). For tier 11 the Paintbrush Blades are really nice. There are a lot of other weapons which can be nice at tier 10, like Ornamented Hook Swords, Tempestuous Bladed Gauntlet and Malerias Cursed Arm Bangle. Check out the ">Weapons Guide for a nice overview. In that guide you'll also find several weapons that have a 100% freeze rate. Usually it's nice to have at least one of those in your set. There are several ones spread over the tiers, depending on what they do, but their most important feature is that they freeze. So don't spend more than you're comfortable with for one of those. You can always upgrade later. Some staples are always nice to have, like the Soma Tablets and Recycle Blaster to make one of your opponents weapons useless, or Shinwas Temple Shard or Rainbow Vortex for a one turn full block to keep you alive.
