When I click load shop items, the white waiting thing pops up but it never actually loads anything. Even if I stare at it for fifteen minutes.

Especially when it's the only reason why you buy a GA in the first place. -.-'

^^this. I only buy a GA to get more quests and therefore more items, and then to be able to quickly auto-price said items.

^ all of the above. i was going to autoprice last night after i finished questing, but the site went down, and today i haven't been able to AP either. first world problems i know, but it is unfortunate for all

And I understand that its due to Morostide, which is super fun, but I would have put off buying one for a few weeks had I known I wouldn't actually be able to use it.

I have this problem too. A mod gave me a workaround that helped yesterday, but today it just links to a page that says 0/0 items loaded, autoprice completed.

Yeah I haven't been able to price my shop. I've been trying every couple of hours throughout the day. Usually I just get the loading symbol but occasionally it'll actually get somewhere and say like "437/1839 loaded" or whatever. Never goes any further then that initial burst though.

The only way i got it to work was refreshed like 3 times and kept clicking back to it finally worked just now.

Workaround: going off of what Bathory posted, I just refreshed every time it froze, then hit Autoprice again. It loaded more every time, and then after about 10 refreshes, it worked. A bit inconvenient, but loads better than hand-pricing.

I can deal with the lag, but I can't deal with not being able to use features of my GA. :/

I started trying to price my shop around 11 last night and finally got it to work about 12:30 am. I hate that I can't price again till after midnight now.

It took me a ridiculous number of reloads and then reopening in a new tab before I finally got it to work. This is super frustrating though.

Having this issue. At first I thought I was being impatient and tried to let it load but it was taking so long that I managed to hand price 6 pages of my shop by myself before I gave up. I tried several more times over the course of a few hours before the autopricer would finally work.

Mine worked today. Slow, but it loaded without needing to refresh.

i got it to work finally, but before if i clicked that link, it would just say 0/0 items, and then it would say Autopricing Complete! but wouldn't actually do it

No, because I was interpreting that message wrong. It says "if you have already autopriced" which I hadn't, so I didn't click on it. When I was having issues it was with loading the items right off the bat. I didn't even get to the part where it shows all my items and prices, or the button where you press autoprice, or the loading bar where it updates prices. I was stuck on the very first part. But it seems to be working now.

For me the problem was not the autopricer not completing the pricing, it was getting the items to load and then submit to the server.
