Nothing in shops?

All the shops aren't stocking. As of right now, they say "Restocked 1 hour, 5 minutes ago"

I can't buy anything if there's nothing to buy for my quest :/

Have you noticed this again since you reported it? Looks like things are stocking correctly now.

It started stocking about an hour later. I haven't really been on much since then though
