No matter what I do, I can't show the piece of paper with Ian's name to Ian. I've explored and clicked everywhere and everything and I still can't continue the plot. Help?

Make sure to go to every room and look at all the clues, then go find ian downstairs

As far as I know, I did. Library, kitchen, dining room, sitting room on the first floor. Plant cutting room, master bedroom, and two locked rooms on the second. Did I miss something?
